Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch - Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination customs processing. Some Asian and remote locations may have restricted service.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products like we stand behind our riders. If any component doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will get you back on track.
Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Engine oils and fluids (Engine Coolants, Chain Lube & Cleaners)
- Opened or used gaskets (Engine Gaskets)
- Custom-fitted components (Coolant Hose Kits cut to size)
- Discounted or clearance items marked “final sale”
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
Step 3: Package Securely
Repack items with original packaging materials and include all documentation.
Step 4: Ship Back
Send to our Bristol facility using a trackable method:

Note: Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect components:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expedited replacement shipping at no cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund any original customs/duties charges
- Return shipping costs may be higher than original delivery
