CNC Machined components:

MDR CNC machine from forged billet meaning increased grain strength along the axis of maximum stress, creating a longer lasting more durable product than standard manufacturing techniques. As well as using the highest quality T6-6061 and 7075 Material the Cold Forging process tightly binds the grains compacting them and creating a much denser composition, which is further enhanced by our Anodizing techniques, not only bringing a range of great looking colours but also increasing the surface strength and improve wear characteristics of the product.
