We offer two premium services:
Express Track Delivery: £12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx (10-15 day delivery after 1-2 day processing)
Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 day delivery after 1-2 day processing)

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We deliver globally except to some remote areas. Note that Asian destinations and remote locations may experience slight delays due to customs processing.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3PM GMT ship same business day. All orders undergo 1-2 business days processing with priority handling at customs checkpoints for express shipments.

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Free returns apply for defective items, with quick refund processing within 3-5 business days of receipt.

My part arrived damaged – what should I do?

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement and cover return shipping costs for any defective items.

Are customs fees included in the price?

No, import duties/taxes are the rider’s responsibility. We properly declare all packages with accurate values to ensure smooth customs clearance.
